It was a small hotel. The service was incredible with a smooth check-in. We received concierge service for free, a nice bonus. The location was great and incredible for cafés and restaurants. The venue was set in a good area. The coffee bar was nice and the staff were nice.

Had a balcony, a safe, and a kettle in my deluxe queen room. It had a magnificent and absolutely perfect location just next door to restaurants and shops as well as South Kensington tube station. The staff was willing to help and smiled at me.

The deluxe queen room I stayed in was charming little with a view. There were a balcony, a safe box, and a kettle. The location was unbeatable for traveling around London, adjacent to the nearest tube station as well as London for the day. Victoria and Albert Museum was also a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

We got excellent value for our money with a quiet and comfortable room, lovely decor, and friendly staff. The location was perfect, minutes away from the tube station and close to great restaurants and bars.
The breakfast could have been improved with a bit more variety and larger portions.
